The moonlight illuminated you and Link as you approached a great bridge,almost identical to the Bridge of Eldin.

"Well...all we have to do is get across this bridge and it's a straight path from there."Link says.You tighten your grip around his waist.

"T-There aren't any bublins right?"you ask.Link chuckled and placed a hand on your wrist.

"Don't worry,if there are,I'll hold on to you this time."he says.You blush a bit and nuzzle your face in the crook of his neck.

"Okay.."is all you manage to mumble out.Link clicked his tongue and Epona went,hooves echoing as they galloped across the stone.At the halfway point,you manage to lift your head and look around.Still no bublins in sight.

"We;re gonna make it."Link says.

"Looks like it."you sigh,easing your grip around him some.As you and Link approached the end of the bridge a sudden dark wall appears in front of the two of you,causing Epona to stop.

"What the..?"Link hopped off his horse and you do the same."What the heck is this?"Link says approaching the dark wall.You walk behind him but quickly draw back away from the wall.

"Link,get away from it!It's evil."you say.Link looks over his shoulder at you.

"Evil?"he says.You nod.

"Yes,I can feel it.It's dark ancient power.It's very strong."you say.Link's eyes widen a bit as he saw you start to tremble.Quickly,he rushed over to you and threw his arms around you.

"________ what's wrong?"he asks.You bury your face in his chest and grip his tunic tightly.

"I don't know but...that power..it's strong..it hurts Link.."you say.

"Just hang on _______."Link says,letting you go.You lean against Epona as Link draws the Master sword from it's sheath and approaches the dark wall.He purses his lips tightly and swings the sword at the wall several times,making slashes in it that just got covered up by more magic.

"Damn..it just won't go away!"he yells,thrusting his sword at it once more.

"That's not going to work you know."a sleek voice said.You and Link turn around to see three people dressed in cloaks standing at the other end of the bridge.

"Who are you?"Link asks,walking back over to you.The first man chuckled and bowed his head graciously.

"Why I am Nicolei and the two behind me are Thorn and Lizet,my fellow followers."he says.

"What do you want?Are you the one responsible for this wall?"Link asks.Nicolei smirks and flips the hood off of his head.

"Indeed I am."he says,revealing his bright golden eyes.His long silver hair brushed by his face and shoulders with few strands blowing freely from the slight midnight breeze.

"What is it you want?"Link asks.

We've simply come here for ________."The one known as Thorn speaks up pulling his hood off of his own head.His eyes were the same as Nicolei's.Bright and gold with coldness in them.His hair almost identical but the shade of black instead of silver.

"And to kill you!"The one known as Lizet screeched,pointing at Link.She flipped her hood off her head and released her crimson red hair from the bun that held it,letting it fall by her ears.

"To kill me?Why?I don't remember doing anything to you!"Link yells,stepping in front of you.

"You destroyed our master!Our god!lord Ganondorf and for that you must pay!"Lizet yelled.Link rolled his eyes.

"Oh brother..a bunch of Ganondorf suck ups."he says.

"Link..be careful.These people..their magic is strong.It's evil,I'm sure the dark Lord Ganondorf resides within each of them deeply."you say,falling to your knees.Link quickly turns around to you and kneels in front of you.

"_______,just stay with me.Try to endure it a little longer."he says.You look at him weakly and nod.

"I'll try.."you say.Link nodded and stood once more,facing Nicolei once more.

"I don't know who you guys are,but you're not getting _________.I'll protect her with my life!"he growls.Nicolei chuckled and stepped forward.

"That's exactly what I'm counting on."he says,charging at Link.While Link and Nicolei battled,the man named Thorn managed to slip by and over to you.He knelt down in front of you,causing fear to flood your body as his deep golden stare penetrated you.

"Hello there princess.."he mumbles to you.You try your best to move away from him but the feeling he gave off was too strong.Thorn lightly placed his hand on your head and another on your stomach.

He began to chant something that made some sort of dark energy immediately flow through you.You wailed in pain as the feeling intensified,you felt as if your whole body was being burned from the inside out.Nicolei watched fiendishly delighted as he pinned Link to the ground.

Hearing your screams,Link looked over at you.

"________!!"he called.He squirmed under Nicolei's grip."Get off of me!"He yelled,pushing Nicolei right off.Link quickly hopped up and started to run towards you but suddenly stopped when something sharp pierces him.Link looked down to see Nicolei's sword protruding from his side.Link's eyes widen as blood trickled out his mouth and down his chin.

Nicolei smirked and removed his sword,causing Link to fall to his knees and hit the ground,Blood started to seep from his wound as he held it with his left hand.

"That outta keep you quiet."Nicolei scoffed.

"____-________.."Link gasped before loosing consciousness.

You glance over at Link.Your eyes widen in horror as you see him laying there motionless with blood surrounding him.In that moment you felt something in you snap.Thorn's eyes widen as your body began to glow brightly and before he knew it,he was being flung back,colliding into Nicolei.

"What the hell is happening?"Nicolei shouted.

"I'm not sure.One minute she was being consumed by my power and the next minute this was happening!"Thorn says.You stand up and look at yourself.You held a hand up to your face to see your skin glowing brightly.You didn't know what was happening and you didn't care.All you focused on was getting over to Link.

Quickly you ran over to him and pulled him into your arms.You saw his side bleeding heavily but for the moment he was still alive.

"Link..just hang on."you whisper to him as you placed your hands on his wound.Link groaned a bit in pain as you began to use your strange new power to heal up the deep wound,one that you normally wouldn't have been able to heal with just your normal healing spell.

Nicolei,Thorn and Lizet watched in shock as the wound slowly closed over while the glowing power filling your body drained into his.Slowly Link eventually opened his eyes,looking up at you with a soft smile.

"_______..."he says.You smile down at him and sigh in relief.

"Don't scare me like that.."you say.Link shrugged and sat up.

"Sorry.."he says.

"Well isn't that touching but now you have no more of that mysterious power to protect you!You're all ours now!"Nicolei says.Link stands up and helps you up.Unfortunately,Nicolei was right.You hand't the strength to protect the two of you now.You and Link backed up as the three took closer steps.

"End of the line!"Lizet growled.Link grabbed your shoulders tightly and pulled you against him.

"________..I can get us out of this..but you have to trust me.."he whispers to you.

"W-What are you gonna do?"you ask.Link took your hand and quickly ran towards the side of the bridge,hopping up onto the side barriers and pulling you up.He looked down then up at you.Your eyes widen and you shook your head.

"Are you crazy?"you ask.

"______ you just have to trust me."he says,pulling you close to him.

"I do Link but this is insane!"you yell.

"There's no time!We'll be alright!Just trust me!"he says,jumping over the side of the bridge,pulling you along with him.

"What?!no!"Nicolei yelled,rushing to the side.He looked down and watched in anger as you and Link disappeared into the deep darkness below.

You closed your eyes tightly as you and Link fell to what seemed like your deaths.Link quickly pulled you against him and covered your head while you wrapped your arms tightly around his waist.After what seemed like an eternity of falling,you and Link hit something cold and wet,sinking into it deeply before swimming back up to the surface for air.

You and Link gasp for air once you breach the surface and look around to see what you landed in.It was a deep lake.

"________.."Link says.You turn to him and see a soft smile on his face."Welcome to Lake Hylia.."he says.You look around,seeing that dawn was soon approaching,the sun just peeking it's head over the large stone wall that separated the Lake from the Desert.

"I..We made it.."you say.Link nods.

"Yeah...we did.."he says.You swim closer to Link and stare into his eyes for a moment.

"You idiot!!"you yell,splashing him."You need to warn me before you decide to pull me off bridges like that!You scared me half to death!"you shout.Link chuckled and covered his face to block out the splashes.

"Sorry!Sorry!!I was only thinking of our safety!"he says,splashing you back.You wipe your face and start to swim to a small island with Link following behind you.The two of you pull yourselves out of the water and plop down on your backs,looking up at the morning sky.

"We...made it..I can't believe...I'm finally in Lake Hylia.."you breathe.Link nodded and looked over at you.

"So was it worth jumping?"he asks.You nod and cover your eyes with your arms to suppress your oncoming tears.

"Y-yeah..it was.."you choke out.Link sits up and pats your arms.

"Hey,don't spend this time crying!I thought you wanted to meet a Zora!"he says.You wipe your eyes and sit up.

"I do..it's just..you know."you say.Link nodded and placed his arm over your shoulder.

"I know but we just got here.Let's make this moment last.."he says.You nod and smile at him.

"Okay.."
