Gyutaro x Demon!Reader-C8
Chapter 8: Mission "Tell me..Do you like Lord Akaza?" Gyutaro gazed at you while you looked back over your shoulder at him. "Why does it matter who I like?" You retorted, staring back rather coldly. He stepped closer while he started to lightly scratch at himself. "I saw what was going on between you two.." he continued only pausing when he was kneeling behind you. "Oh? And what exactly was that? Our mutual disdain for Doma?" You asked as sarcasm laced your words. "You want to fuck him..don't you?" He asked body though it felt more like a statement. A smirk tugged at your lips. Gyutaro was jealous and it was obvious so you leaned in close to his face. "And what if I did..?" You whispered. The messy haired demon was silent for a moment before a grin spread across his face as he chuckled. "Then I'd say you're out of luck.. because he doesn't eat women..Not like I do." His slippery tongue glided across his lips. You blushed slightly and pulled your face back before standing. "I don't have time for you ridiculous drivle. I'm heading back inside and I suggest you return to your sister before you get burnt like a crisp." You quickly changed the subject, noting the sky beginning to lighten up. You pushed past him, feeling that damn smirk of his following you and you quickly returned to your house, shutting yourself in your room. His words echoed in your mind. "He doesn't eat women..not like I do.." Those damn words that reminded you of the encounter you had with Gyutaro not long ago.  You bit your lip as you thought about it, cheeks heating up  as well as between your legs. You cursed yourself for thinking about it and letting him do that to you. But what was even worse..was that you enjoyed it, not like you'd ever let him know that though. You brushed your fingers over your lips, remembering Gyutaro's on yours and everywhere else on your body they were on. Shaking your head, you shook away the memory trying not to think anymore about it for the time being. Gyutaro had a sense it seemed and thinking about this too much may just cause him to appear. Instead you needed to prepare for tonight. What exactly were you going to do with Akaza? Lord Muzan paired you together but why? He was a high upper rank, what could you possibly help him with? Or what could he help you with that would satisfy Muzan? Either way, you needed to let the master of the house know about your soon departure. ~~~~ "W-What? You're leaving??" "Yes, I'll be gone for a little bit." The man before you looked shocked at your words. You stood before him in his chamber. He had been calculating the house's earnings when you had visited him. He turned to you fully. "B-But Oiran _____! Please! We need you here! The house was booming last night because of you! We need you!" He pleaded, bowing his head down to the floor. You sighed. "Enough. You will be fine, this is nothing new.  I'll be back." You tell him, holding a hand up. He looked up at you and gave him a brief reassuring smile that quickly turned back into a small frown. He sighed while you walked over, holding his chin in your hand. Your eyes glowed lightly as you knelt in front of him. He only gazed back into those eyes of yours that he'd grown fond of over the years. When he was younger, his parents owned this business and as he got older it came into his possession. Over that time, you had always been there, never seeming to age or change in the slightest and he knew why. The master of the house was well aware that you were in fact a demon. He'd known since he was a child. In fact he was the only human who knew and lived. Perhaps it was because he was a kid at the time that you didn't eat him. Over time, he'd become like a pet to you and to your surprise, he never uttered a word about it to anybody. You sat at his side yet your gaze up as off as if you were deep in thought about something. He glanced at you. "Is something bothering you Oiran..? Are you..hungry..by chance?" He asked. "No, not particularly.." your eyes focused on him a small smirk coming to your face. "Why? Are you offering?" He seemed to get a bit nervous yet chuckled through it. "I uh..well.." he stammered. You chuckled quietly. "Don't worry Hiro..I'm not going to eat you...yet." you lightly teased. You stood and patted his head much like you had always done when he was a child. He blushed lightly and looked down at the ground. After a couple minutes he looked back at you. There was something he always wanted to ask you but feared how you would react. Would you devour him? You were a demon and frankly unpredictable. He opened his mouth to speak. "O-Oiran.. May I.. ask you something..?" He forced out "What is it?" "Well..it's just.." he began to feel timid again. He turned away a bit as his eyes averted back to the floor. "I just..I have to know..why..haven't you eaten me yet..?" You stared at him with an unreadable expression. He dared to look at you again, certain that asking such a thing may very well be his undoing. But he had to know. He needed to. "Why..are you asking me that?" You replied. "Well..it's just the fact that..whenever somebody has discovered you're a demon..you've killed them..but I've known for a long time and still..you haven't..why? Are you saving me for last or something..?" This time you sighed, linking your arms together within the sleeves of your kimono. "Well..I suppose it's because I don't eat children..and when I look at you..I still see that small boy who somehow made his way into my chamber that night.." you reached out, tucking a strand of his dark hair behind his ear. "And you're like a pet." You smirked and this time he sighed. "A pet..? How cruel Oiran.. I was hoping maybe it turned out that you loved me or something.." he huffed deeply yet smiled. He faced you again, bowing to you. "Well please..be safe and we'll look forward to seeing you when you return." You smiled briefly and stood, patting his head one last time before leaving the room. He watched you leave before exhaling a breath. "A pet huh..well..I suppose I should take that as a compliment from a demon.." he muttered to himself. Just then his door slid open, gaining his atte once more. A man had entered, closing the door behind him quietly. "Can I..help you..?" Night always seemed to fall quickly here and Before long you found Akaza waiting at your door. You greeted him and the two of you discreetly made it out of the district and into the forest a little ways away. "Lord Akaza..can you tell me..what exactly we're doing on this mission?" You asked him. "There's a settlement a couple miles from here.." he explained. "It's a bustling town that's known for training many swordsmen who go on to become demon slayers and then Hashira." He turned to you. "We're going to wipe it out. Every last villager will be killed.." You pursed your lips, knowing that this was going to be a massacre of innocence. Even though you've been a demon for about 50 years now..you still thought about it. The innocent lives constantly snuffed out by the hands of beings like you. You didn't feel bad per se but it still weighed on your mind. "I see.." you replied softly. "If you don't do this then Lord Muzan will punish both of us drastically so don't fuck this up. If you have any humanity left, let it go. I don't need you holding me back." He seemingly growled at you You scoffed and muttered to yourself. "Says the guy who won't even kill a single woman.." Akaza shot you a glare but you looked around, pretending to have not said anything. The two of you found the little settlement and looked at it from the treeline. The first thing you noticed was a couple children playing with sparklers and villagers wandering around, enjoying the night air. You exchanged looks with Akaza then looked back at the village.
