A Place to belong [JackFrostX Reader]Prologue

You were a normal girl. One who played video games, watched YouTube videos, and chatted on the phone with friends, just like every other teenager your age. Only..there was one thing that made you stick out like a sore thumb from most other teenagers.

Your 'gift.'

Yep, you were gifted with the ability to control nature such as the blooming of the trees, the temperature of the air, and the weather though for some reason, you could only control warm weather and things like that. You never could control the cold for some reason. Eh, you never liked the cold anyway.

You sighed, creating a large gust of wind to blow through the air. The wind blew hard and blew the basketball right out of the hands of a few boys that had been playing in front of you.

The boys gasped and glared at you.

"______! You did it again!"One boy growled.

"S-sorry guys."you say. "I-I'll go get it back!" Quickly, you hop up from where you sat in the grass and run over to where the ball landed. You reach down to pick it up  but sneeze, causing a stronger gust of wind to blow and blow the ball right from you, causing it to land in the lake in front of you.

You grimaced and looked back at the boys who were all glaring at you.

"______, just forget about it. You ruin everything anyway.."one boy said. The others behind him nodded and the group walked away, leaving you there alone.

You felt tears prick the corner of your eyes and you walk home, hands shoved in your pockets. A rain cloud formed over your head and began to pour rain on you, soaking your clothes. A usual thing that happens when you cry.

"See! This is why she'd be perfect!"North cheered to his subordinates. Tooth and Bunnymund looked at each other than the large jolly man.

"Why should we get her? She's bullied! What makes you think that she would even want to take the opportunity? She's nothing like us!"Bunnymund scowled in his usual grumpy tone.

"No..but she is like him! Send him to go get her!"North said.

"You mean.."Tooth sighed dreamily. North nodded.

"Yes..Send Jack frost.."
